Where is the "concrete footing" being installed? (soil/dirt is standard through any other surface will be an additional charge). *

Is the area fairly level to the playing surface or is it on a hill? Photos will be required for our review if the area isn't level. *

There will be 1-2 wheelbarrows of dirt from digging the hole. Please indicate where you would like the dirt dumped. *

Please indicate where you would like the hoop installed when looking from the street towards the house. Please specify (i.e. – left or right of driveway, front of property, side of property, backyard, etc) *

What method of payment will you be using for the installation? *

Installers will need access to water/ hose. Please indicate where the spigot is located (i.e. – front, side, back of house). *

Installers will also need access to an electrical outlet. Please indicate where the outlet is located. *
